FAQ’s

F.A.Q.s

Q: What if I don’t have a boater’s license?
A: Each operator will fill out a temporary boater’s license that is good for the duration of your rental prior to leaving the dock. Operators must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Q: Where is your location?
A: We do not have a physical location on the water, we deliver to your preferred dock/ boat launch in most of North-Central Washington. Please feel free to call us and see if we deliver to your area.

Q: Is fuel included in the rental price?
A: No ,our boats are full of fuel at the beginning of your rental and, much like a rental car, you must return the boat full or  we can fill it for you with an additional $25 service charge with the cost of the fuel. This service charge will allow you to  skip the long lines at the gas dock and skip the upcharge of fuel on the water, as we will fill your boat on land.

Q: What is the damage deposit policy?
A: We will charge your card on file for $500 at the time of your rental and then release it back to your account when the boat is returned without damage.

Q: How do I reserve?
A: Simply call and provide us with a date, time, location, credit card, and preferred boat selection and we will walk through the reservation process together. We will not charge your credit card until the day of the rental, we just take down your card number to hold your reservation.

Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A: We offer free cancellations up to 72 hours prior to your rental. If you cancel after the 72 hour mark, we will charge a $250 cancellation fee, unless we can find a customer to fulfill your reservation slot.

Q: What are the requirements to rent?
A: A valid driver’s license, a credit card, and must be at least 18 years of age.
